Shingle Roof Replacement and Exterior Repaint – Spring Branch, TX

A homeowner in Spring Branch, TX, reached out to us after years of roof leaks and worries about their roof, which was over 20 years old. The roof had visible damage, like stains and wear from storms. The exterior paint had not been updated since the house was built.

Our team completed a full roof replacement using Owens Corning TruDefinition® Duration® shingles. The old roofing materials were removed down to the decking, and we started from scratch, step by step, to ensure the warranties are fully enforced.

We also repainted the whole exterior with premium Sherwin-Williams paint. This refreshed the home’s look and added extra weather protection.

He worked with me and was able to get the job scheduled when I needed it done. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had several areas of water damage that they repaired with new wood. They also replaced all the 1" x 2" wood trim. They took several pictures of before and after with a camera and drone. Gian Carlo Legaspi kept me informed during the whole process by phone and e-mail and that was a great comfort. With the pictures and the warranty I have no worries about my new roof. We had minor wind damage that took off a few shingles, discovered because my son had some water leak into the ceiling of his room.  We noticed it on Monday, called Roofing Services Now due to their other great reviews, and they were able to do an evaluation on Tuesday and then repair it on Wednesday.  Luis was fast and professional, and I really liked the documentation they provided, namely a video of the evaluation, plus before and after photos of the repairs.
